Andrew Pull

General Manager

Andrew is the General Manager at Mid West Concrete and the newest addition to the team. His role involves bringing the team together, monitoring time frames, and overseeing the overall company operations. Andrew loves helping people and being part of the Mid West Concrete team. His favourite product is the 4-foot sheep trough, which he describes as a comfortable and homely product. Andrew emphasises the quality of the products built by the dedicated team at Mid West Concrete.

Scott Hewish

Business Development Manager

Scott is the Business Development Manager at Mid West Concrete, having joined the company just under a year ago. His role encompasses product development, sales and marketing, quality control, production planning, and distribution logistics. Scott is passionate about quoting opportunities, custom product development, and new agent inquiries. His favourite product is the TP3022 Trough Pads, which feature unique design elements and complement the large rectangle troughs. Scott advises clients to leverage the knowledge and experience of Mid West Concrete when choosing precast concrete products, emphasising the company's long-standing reputation in the industry.

Justine Bevan

Administration Accounts Manager

Justine is the Administration Accounts Manager at Mid West Concrete, where she has been for 12 years. Her role includes managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, production office purchasing, and overseeing the administration team. Justine is instrumental in the daily operations and financials of the company. Her favourite product is the septic tank, which she enjoys selling and seeing through the entire process from manufacturing to meeting Australian standards. Justine advises clients to explore the wide variety of products available and assures them that the sales and admin staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. She highlights the sturdy nature of the products and their 10-year warranty.

Julia Emms

Transport & Logistics Manager

Julia is responsible for organising and managing the trucks to deliver products to customers all over NSW. She also serves as the unofficial IT department for the office. Julia joined Mid West Concrete over four years ago, initially working part-time in reception before transitioning to the transport role two years ago. She loves problem-solving and is always ready to find solutions to any issues that arise. Although she admits to being terrible at note-keeping, Julia has an impressive knowledge of customers and products. Her favorite product is the dog trough, which has proven to be indestructible against her German Shepherd and Labrador. Julia advises clients to never hesitate to get in touch with any questions, as the team is always ready for a good chat.

Mick Bevan

Maintenance Supervisor

Mick is the Boilermaker Maintenance Supervisor at Mid West Concrete, where he has worked for 27 years. Mick is responsible for manufacturing new moulds, repairing current moulds, and overseeing maintenance. With his extensive product and company knowledge, Mick's favourite product is the 8-foot sheep and cattle trough, known for its versatility and usefulness for farmers. He encourages clients to ask for assistance whenever needed, as the knowledgeable staff at Mid West Concrete are always ready to help with any product needs. Mick takes pride in the quality and solidity of the products they make.

Holly Broekhuizen

Product Sales Administration

Holly works in sales administration and reception at Mid West Concrete, where she has been for over a year. Her responsibilities include quoting customers, entering purchase orders, answering incoming calls, and organising pickups. Holly is always ready to assist with quotes or general enquiries about products, either by providing answers herself or finding out the necessary information. Her favourite product is the HR.T horse trough, a convenient 100-litre trough that is one of their newer offerings. Holly highlights the suitability of their troughs for all types of livestock and animals and encourages clients to contact the office for assistance in choosing the best product.
